It’s been the culmination of eight years of hard work and  determination – but we’ve finally got there.

Our new offices have now officially opened in front of over 100 guests by Leicester’s mayor Sir Peter Soulsby.

The evening included canapés and drinks and a tour of the 2,500 sq ft offices with businesses, contacts, friends and and High Sheriff of Leicestershire, Surinder Sharma. It also included speeches by Sameer Karim, CEO of DWS Legal and Sir Peter Soulsby who gave his seal of approval to the new offices.

Sir Peter Soulsby, who cut the ribbon to mark the opening, said: “I love the way you have cherished the building. You have taken its heritage and converted it into something which is fit for the 21st century and that is enormously impressive. It’s also in an area which is tremendously important to us.”

The new 2,500 sq ft premises, a former Bank of Scotland building, have been specially designed with bright and bold colours to reflect the new branding.

The unveiling of the offices is  ambitious expansion strategy that has recently seen the company rebrand itself with a new name, brand identity and logo. It was formerly known as Douglas Wemyss Solicitors.

CEO Sameer Karim said: “This is a culmination of the hard work we have put behind the company since its takeover in 2008.
“We are delighted with how far and fast we have grown in that period and we firmly believe that this is just the start for us and we are looking forward to growing even bigger and increasing our staff count towards 50.

“Even though we have move a few doors away from our old offices, this move is a crucial chapter in our ongoing growth plans. For us the city centre is our home and we are delighted to continue being at the heart of Leicester and contributing to its growth.”
