How Our Conveyancing Works:

We work on a panel; a panel conveyancing solicitor is a firm of solicitors who are on the panel of the mortgage lender i.e. a firm who has dealt with that particular Bank / Building Society before and shows that they have provided high service levels to the bank and the client.
