divorce splitting up and childrens residence contact issues

The festive season has come and gone and we are left with the fallout of too many days in close proximity with the family.

The festive season has come and gone and we are left with the fallout of too many days in close proximity with the family.

Unfortunately many of us cannot reconcile the differences created over this period over the children or in your relationship with your partner or spouse.

Many of you have resolved the differences by agreeing to disagree and come to an amicable arrangement but others are not sure what steps to take and what help there is out there.

If you have come to an agreement we can help formalise the agreement and advice you whether this is likely to be approved by the courts.

Alternatively, we can advise you as to the steps available before you make your decision to leave your partner or spouse and about seeing your children or whether they should live with you or your partner or spouse.

Our family law specialist, Smitta Modi can advise further and you can contact her by phone on 0116 2999199 or by email smitta.modi@d-w-s.co.uk

Please note we do not take on Legal Aid cases.
