<p>The event, which was held on 21st March at De Montfort Hall, was attended by 600 guests and recognised the most innovative and inspiring companies in Leicestershire. In total, 120 firms entered the awards ceremony, with DWS beating off stiff competition to land the Small Business of the Year Award.</p> <p>Sameer Karim, owner and senior partner of the firm, says: “This is the first time we’ve entered the awards, so to win on our debut is a great achievement.
