<p>What is a Help to Buy Mortgage guarantee?</p> <p>Help to Buy mortgage guarantee will help you buy a home with a deposit of only 5% of the purchase price. This scheme is now available as from Tuesday 8th October 2013.</p> <p>Do I qualify?</p> <p>You do not have to be a first-time buyer and there is no limit on your level of income. Help to Buy mortgage guarantees will be open to both first-time buyers and home movers.
