<p>Estate Agents are delighted at the figures just released by HM Land Registry in respect of Property Transactions, which haven’t been as high since December 2009.  This has been helped along by low mortgage interest rates and the Governments Help to Buy Scheme.</p> <p>The Prime Minister has announced that the “Help to Buy Scheme” is going to be available to all home buyers from next week –  three months earlier than its scheduled time, which will further boost the housing market.</p> <p>Help to Buy is making buying your own home much more attainable.  The extra legal documentation and procedure involved however, is complex and lengthy and you should check that your conveyancer/solicitor has had experience in dealing with transactions that include the Help to Buy Scheme.</p> <p>Your purchase could be seriously delayed if your solicitors/conveyancer does not have any experience in the scheme.
