Sameer’s areas of specialism are civil and commercial litigation matters, specializing in contractual disputes, employment disputes and property litigation; often conducting mediations and arbitrations as alternative dispute resolutions. Sameer has further experience in business disputes, commercial debt recovery and director disqualifications.
